RFQ list with reference to PR

Hi

Our requirement is to show the list of RFQs created with reference to a PR.

In T-Code ME4N, I entered the PR number under dynamic selections, but the system is showing "No suitable purchasing documents found". I checked in ME43 and the PR number is mentioned.

Hi,

   Go to EKPO table and check the RFQ number and item - Check whether the PR number is updated against the RFQ item. Now, refer the KBA: 2003415 - Purchase Requisition number is not updated in EKPO

    You can get the list of PR's for which RFQ is created,  in ME5A report itself. Go to ME5A and insert the PR number along with processing status as A (RFQ created) and execute. System will show the PR's for which RFQ is created.

    If you want the list of RFQ's against the PR, you may check the table EKET or the view M_MEKKE in SE16. You may create a custom report or SQVI query to get the report.

Can you please confirm which which selection parameters you are using in ME4N. Just check other selection parameters.

Most of people they are forgetting to enter proper selection parameters before executing the report.

or remove selection parameters and execute the report.

ME4N is with RFQ no. right..

pl. try with your RFQ.no.

You can either try with Collective no. (ME4S) or Tracking No.(ME4B) for the List of RFQs.
