Characteristic value of characteristic 0MATERIAL is not MATN1-converted

Hi Team,

While activating the DSO after DTP execution im getting the below error only for one Material daily.Not sure why only this material is not converted to MAT1 conversion.When i try to edit in PSA, its showing length of 10 instead of 18, where as all other materials in the same load are of length 18.

Is is there any way to stop failing the DSO daily for particular one Material number? Kindly advise..

Error: Characteristic value '1000xxxxxx"' of characteristic 0MATERIAL is not MATN1-converted.

Hi,

Are you sure the length issue? Find the exact reason and change it in source system.

Yes.. i can see in the source system table.. its of length 10 .. we ill make it correct in source system with functional team..

0MATERIAL have the 18 lenght not 10 lenght.

pelase check the one more time for the object

Hi

i am assuming you are the using custom mateiral info object.

please check the PSA data for the material and corrected it in the PSA

after share the screen to our SD or MM function team
