Hi there,
Hoping someone has some good experience with provisioning Lotus Notes.
Based on the work that I have inherited, we are connecting to Notes and creating the mail file [MSKEYVALUE].NSF, but the entry in the Address Book is not being populated.
We are getting this message back from IDM
3/6/2015 9:19 PM :W:adminp create user request ext: Looking up user
3/6/2015 3:09:19 PM :W:adminp create user request ext: Looked up user, return value 0 and NoteID is '0'
3/6/2015 3:09:19 PM :W:adminp create user request ext: Could not obtain NotedID hence could not update MX_NOTES_NOTEID
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Matt

Did you check to see if IdM populate MX_NOTES_PATH_IDFILE and MX_NOTES_MAILFILE attributes successfully?

Hello Matt,
Even though i never did such work, but i have experience with Lotus Notes server.
As per error return value 0 and NoteID is '0' = It is not able to find any lotus id which is suppose to be linked to the *.NSF ( mail file ).
Could not obtain NotedID hence could not update MX_NOTES_NOTEID = This as well clearly states that it is not able to find any lotus mail id . It will be with extension *.id .
example, matt.id will access mail file [MSKEYVALUE].NSF
.
That id will be authenticated to access the mail [MSKEYVALUE].NSF which you are trying to setup.
In nutshell, [MSKEYVALUE].NSF requires an id which will be registered on lotus server to access this mail file.
I think this will give some clue.
