Can't Access CMS/InfoView on BO XI3.1


We have had a BO XI3.1 environment working successfully for a coule of years. In the last week the server which hosts the installation and the CMS had to be physically moved from one location to another, with a new IP address allocated.

Following the move, after powering the server back up, I could not see any BO services running (apart from the SIA) and couldn't connect when clicking on Manage Servers from the CCM. Under the Properties/Configuration tab of the SIA, I found the name of the existing CMS system database and modified the existing datasource for the SQL server database by changing the old IP address to the new one. This enabled me to connect to the Manage Servers function and from here I could see the BO services starting up - including the CMS.

I could now run Designer and Desktop Intelligence on the server. What I can't do is connect to the CMS or run InfoView, which I'm trying to do from the Start/All Programs/BusinessObjects XI 3.1 menu. All I'm getting is "Website found. Waiting for reply..." and then IE hangs indefinitely. This means I can't administer the system.
