Hello Experts,
I'm wondering if there is an option to send email to the relevant user after document get changed or approved in SOLAR01/02?
Please advice if this is possible at all?

Hi MM,
As mentioned above in the link posted by Siddhesh, this is going to be delivered in the future SPs.
I would recommend you to get used with creating/maintaining status schema and also digital signature for documents as this functionality will probably be integrated with these.
