Dear expert,
My scenario is SRM-PI-ECC.
I changed the business system name in PI SLD.
But when I do some business, the output XML message from SRM still use the former business system name.
How to refresh it?
Do sxi_cache in PI ? I already did that, it doesnot work.
Regards,
Hayashi.
Hi Hayashi,
Actually the application system business system name is stored in the table LCRT_CLNTCACHE. So even you change the business system in SLD this table contains still old business system name, so when you execute the proxy it is creating the message with old business system.
After you change the business system in SLD run SLDCHECK transaction in SRM system then this table will be updated and the proxy messages will be generated with new business system.
When you run SLDCHECK in below step it will get the new business system name and update the above table.
I hope it will resolve your problem.
Regards,
Praveen.

Execute the FM "LCR_GET_OWN_BUSINESS_SYSTEM" in SRM system and see if that displays the new business system name ?
Sometimes in systems like TM we may have to update a table(/SCMB/TBUSSYS) from which BS name get's extracted.
Please validate your SLD connections from SRM system to see if it is pointing to the right one.

Hi Hayasi,
After Greg recommendation if the problem persists you should analyze if the SLD connection with ID is fine with SLDCHECK transaction (Dual System). Check also if there is any exception in SLD change log.
Don't forget that sometimes, in the worst case, the better choice is to delete and create a new one.

Hi,
In Directory there is an option in the top menu to refresh the SLD cache. Once you do that, you should be able to download your re-configured BS to Directory. Remember to adjust your scenario afterwards!

Greg
