Sales document - copy control header condition

Dear all,

we are facing the following problem during creation of a sales quotation with reference to another sales Quotation using Header conditions:

Step 1:

a sales quote is created including a discount on Header Level (e.g. 5% discount)

Step 2:

a new sales Quote is created with reference to the existing Quote....the problem is now that the Header condition is not copied....we get problems in case we enter new items into the new quotation.....the items which have been copied have the discount condition on item level, but the new items do not get such a discount condition, as the header condition has not been copied....this means a lot of manual checks and changes....perfect would be if the Header discount is copied....then we could just enter new items and all get the same discount....

can I Change the copy control Routine to copy the Header condition or is there already a Standard one available?

In standard, this is not possible. Have a look at OSS note 876617 Q5 which will answer your query.
