Advantages of SBO Mailer Vs Outlook integration(for sending\receiving emails)

hello Experts

I have integrated Outlook10 with SAP B1 9.1 PL05 successfully and i can send email from SAP B1 via outlook integration but  unable to receive emails form outlook. synchronize both buy still unable to receive emails into SAP B1. 

kindly differentiate Outlook integration vs SOB mailer regarding sending and receiving emails in to SAP B1.

Hi ankush,

From Outlook integration you can create activity from outlook. Both has its own benefits. It's up to company who use activity more or scheduled report more.

Hi,

SAP B1 is not designed to receive emails. SBO mailer is useful for scheduling and emailing report with predefined settings.

Hi Ankush,

SBO mailer is better in a way that you can run report at scheduled time. Plus some company doesn't want to spend money on buying outlook licenses.

Email sending and receiving working on both method.

On SBO mailer you have to enter SMTP setting for configuration.
