Could not commit transaction: Error -1 detected during transaction

Hi Experts

i had added a new Department for changing one employee to the new Department,

but when i try to assign this new Department , am getting an error and not allowing to add the new Department

''Could not commit transaction: Error -1 detected during transaction"

what will be the reason and how could it be solved,, i try with 2 more department created as new

but same error is showing when trying to assign

Check your Transaction Notification Store procedure everything is okay and also check for FMS's .

i dont have attached any FMS OR SPT

but we use payroll addon

Hi,

It seems any script or store procedures created by payroll add on is creating this problem. All user must log out from SAP. Stop add on. and then check.
