Connection closed by peer (SAP B1 Mobile App)

Hey Everyone,

I have configured Dashboards on SAP Business One 9.0 PL06.

Now i want to integrate SAP B1 with mobile app.

For this, i have

• Activated the mobile scenario in SLD / WSMobile is showing connection test passed (http, 'server name', 8080)
• Created mobile user in SAP
• Entered Mobile Device ID of mobile.
• But could not run SAP on mobile, while connecting to server, giving me a message "Connection closed by peer".

Please help me in this regard.

Hi,

Have you enable 8443 port on integration  sever and SSL security enable on mobile app?

Go to server and type url canyouseeme.org and check if port 8443 accepting by server.

I turned off firewall of integration server. Further, i have checked port 8443 / 8080 on canyouseeme.org, but it shows an error. "Error: I could not see your service on <server ip> on port (8080)"

Hi,

It means port 8080 is not open for communicating. You need contact your network administrator to open up port 8080 and 8443 to you SAP server.

When any app or service request 8080 and 8443 port from outside of your network your hardware firewall point it to your integration server.

Basically you need to point static ip to your integration server ip.
