Breakdown time

Dear Experts

According to our client, After completing the Breakdown notification they will do the object cause analysis(why why).

there are some logics that If breakdown time is more than 20 min, they will do the analysis. If it is less than 20 min, they will nwglect it.

After doing teco of notification only sap will calculate Breakdown duration.

So how can we map this through standard? Please anybody suggest me.

Why-Why Analysis is a manual exercise. So you would do the same when the Breakdown duration exceeds the set limit. I do not see any probability for system performing why-why analysis.

Can we bring the Malfunction end date and time from Maintenance Order Operations Tab automatically to here?

In the above order screen, the dates and times of operations are in display mode. how to make them as input fields and if possible, how to reflect this duration in the notification automatically?

If you call this as breakdown duration, then put these values there in the Notification Malfunction fields to get the value. If you want automation then you have to explore user-exits QQMA0014 or QQMA0025 for this purpose.
