IMPORTING BW MODELS TO HANA STUDIO

  while importing BW standard cube to Hana studio we are facing this issue

• actually we SAP BW on ORACLE database is it possible to import bw models to HANA STUDIO  
• one more thing cue not visible while importing in HANA studio

HI Balaji,

Importing BW models in HANA features is available only for BW on HANA database.

This feature is not available where HANA DB is used in side car scenario.

So this feature is not available for SAP BW on ORACLE.

Hi Balaji,

This feature enables you to import SAP NetWeaver BW objects to the SAP HANA modeling environment. The supported objects are SAP HANA optimized Info Cubes , SAP HANA optimized DataStore objects, Standard DataStore Objects(with SID Generation set to During Activation).

We are using SAP BW on Oracle Database is it possible to convert hana optimized cube?

Answer is NO,

When there is no HANADB, how you can convert an object as HANA optimized ??

Hi Balaji,

error message says that table '/bic/AZDSO00' is missing in schema, check your dso again try to activate in BW, then after try importing same object to studio.
