i am unable to assign ledger assignment....

i was doing parallel ledger concept ,  i should assign non leading ledgers with leading ledger.

that time i didn't find any create option  to assign of non leading ledgers in leading ledger assignment.  so that i simply skipped but i didn't get any record postings in non leading ledgers.

so what can i do for getting non leading ledger postings.

Hello,

1. make customizing for ledger group

make entry for a ledger group and then assign ledgers to the leger group

press New Entries then  enter group name and description. as you can see below.

then mark this entry and go to ledger assignment

then enter the ledgers for you ledger group

ledger group is ready.

2. Making posting in ledger group - run TCd FB50L and enter ledger group as you can see below.

Hi

The Ledger Group is a combination of ledgers that simplify GL Account processing . when you define a ledger , the system automatically creates a ledger group with the same name as the ledger , since there are certain function which require you to enter ledger group for processing .. so you need to create your own ledger group ..

Hi Rajesh,

I believe you have created a new ledger but the same is not visible in Assignment Ledger.

For getting the same you need to create a new ledger group before you move ahead with the assignment.
