I’m at a customer trying to solve an issue on a Fiori Implementation (Approve Purchase Orders).
It’s a random issue, and it does not happen on desktop or Android devices, just on IPhone and IPad through Fiori Client 1.3.2. IPhone 6, versión iOS: 8.1.3
First I thought it was a role problem. But since it works fine on desktop I disregarded it
I’ve found this post on SCN where something similar happend But on my case its on their productive environment. Pre-requisites check does not evaluate for ECC performance :S.
I’ve validated https://<customerurl>/sap/opu/odata/SAP/GBAPP_POAPPROVAL;mo/WorkflowTaskCollection?$skip=0&$top=100&$orderby=WiCreatedAt%20desc&$inlinecount=allpages
That the OData service (even though it does not bring any POs since the user has none assigned to him) takes from 4s to 8s on a Dekstop Chrome, while other services from launchpad take 3s at most. I'm guessing IOS on 4G its likely to take more time (I'm not at customer site).
Fiori Client Log states:

There is no trace of the error on IWFND/ERROR_LOG (Front) or IWBEP/ERROR_LOG (back). (Both logs are set on Full mode).
Any advice guidance would help,
