Alert Notification - Technical Monitoring

Hi,

We have the email alert notification configured in the system, and now  we have configured the SMS notification as well.

In this contest we would like to know Is there any way we can configure  the alerts in such a way that the alerts of type "System Availability"  should send an SMS notification, "System Exceptions","Performance"... should send an E-mail Alert notification.

yes of course. You should use not global configuration of notifications but specified alert configuration in Template Maintenance.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I don't see that option[Notification Mode] in the system, please see below the config screen which see. Am I looking at a wrong place?
