CCM Data collection issue.

Hi Friends,

I configured the CCM in the Solman 7.1 SP12. But the no data is getting collected. attaching the screen shot for the same.

And the job SM_CCL:LUSG_SID_inst no getting failed.

Kindly suggest on this.

Hi,

Can you check with is the UISAPUI5 component verison you have in solman

Also if you go to solman_setup and check for custom code management tab are you able to see anythign there

Looks like older IE version have no SVG support, and I'm assuming you tried IE.

Have a look at this doco in the ABAP dev space - Work with CCLM in Solution Manager SP12 | SCN

Page 8 has the pre-reqs to work with CCLM and has a link to Microsoft in regards to the SVG support (if that is what you tested with).

Hi Billy,

I am presently i am not interested in looking at No SVG Support issue. there should be data avilable on the right side and upper row of the city model view, where it is showing no data.

How can i investigate on no data issue.

Hi Cowdary.

Did you Manage to resolve your issue? The yellow exclamation marks where numeric values should display number of custom code, modifications and enhancements relates to your authorization.  You can do a normal SU53 to determine missing authorizations.

W.r.t city model not displaying - was the issue your data collection/setup process, or IE?

Hi,

City model view is issue with the compatibility in IE. i try to run it from CCLM tcode and used firefox browser it works there.

I've tried both tcode CCLM, Chrome and firefox. Tcode: CCLM also gives message "no SVG support" which bothers me the most.  There is quite a few posts on this issue... all recommending to use this transaction as alternative. Any ideas why it also gives this message?

HI,

what is the version of the firefox and chrome you are using, the issue is due to SVG plug in in browsers. If you have NWBC can you try the same in NWBC.

Why would Tcode CCLM not be working.  Checked SAPUI5 component version - same as yours:

Release 100 sP 0007: SAPK-10007INUISAPUI5.

IE Version 11.0.9600.18230
