Sneak Preview NW2004s ABAP installation. Error when activating License Key

Hi, I installed Sneak Preview NW2004s ABAP Version. When I try to install the license key I get a runtime error.

Error Message:

The program "SAPLSLI1" has exceeded the maximum permitted runtime of 300 seconds and has therefore been terminated.

I'm running Windows XP, 1,5 GB RAM
