Hi,
Check these whether any of those will help you to resolve your issue if you haven't checked them already:

Hi Dj,
You might really be running out of memory (remember 32-bit applications can only access 2GB technically however, in reality it is a little less than that).
How many rows are you trying to consolidate in the report? I say consolidate because, you said you've combined two csv files and as with any flat file - everything is processed locally which means CR has a lot of work to do considering the size of these files too.
Have you tried creating an ODBC connection to the csv files and report off it?
P.S: There isn't much you could do if you're hitting the >1.5 GB memory limit. You'll want to look at alternatives like loading data from those csv files into an actual database table.

Hi Abhilash,
I tried to creating an ODBC connection to the csv files but getting same error. One file having 1.9 MB data and second file having 545 MB data. And one more point these two files are linked with left outer join in Links Tab.
And also passing one parameter .ie plant...this param gives input four plants...These two files having four plants data only.
Thanks,
DJ
Like I said, since there isn't a 'server' that can process those joins, the machine has to allocate most of the resources to CR and unfortunately, that might be hovering around the 1.5 GB mark at which point most applications seem to break.
If you take the error message at face value, you could try cleaning up the temp drives and hope that'll help. However, if it doesn't then, like I said, there isn't much you could do other than looking for a database server.

Hi DJ,
What version of Access or DAO do you have installed? I found these two articles that may help. Both indicate a limitation with Access/DAO handling large queries.

http://www.access-programmers.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=96471
These are for older versions of Access but I don't think the current versions would have made significant changes to these settings.
A suggestion, if it's available is to import the data into SQL Server or Excel. Crystal still uses the DAO driver for Excel but it may manage the resources better.
Good luck,
Brian
