For a certain EEGroup we have Privilege Leave policy as below:
1. 50% of the current year's PL has to be availed else it gets lapsed automatically . So employee is encouraged to avail 50% of PL must or it is lapsed.
2. Remaining 50% of current leave year's entitlement can be either availed, encashed or carried forward.
How to build a logic as under this EEGroup we have different EESubgroup having different entitlement and 50% auto lapse if not taken is applicable for all ?
