Dear Friends,
By using Sequence rule we can control Age/ Tenure based Leave entitlement in standard configuration.
But how can we control /config maximum PL Quota accrual ceiling based on age?
Ex: If an employee is less than 50 years old, he can accumulate maximum of 90 days of PL but if he is >50 years old he can accumulate maximum of 105days of PL at any period of time.

Hi Niladri,
Based on the base entitlement configuration of age differtiation you will configure the generation rule. Where you will assign the base entitlement in the generation rule then under accrual entitlement tab check with the Max . Entitlement field.
Or you can achieve it through custom pcr.
