Auto Sorting on basis of Ageing of the call in Standard Search Result Screen?

Hi Team,

Auto Sorting on basis of Ageing of the call in Standard Search Result Screen.Ageing is the field it not avaible in standard so what to do?Shall we create the field AET or any other configurations..please help.

Hi Kalpana,

Yes you can create Ageing field with search and result option. After create custom field(say Ageing)

you can add auto sorting code in implementation class.

HI kalyani,

In result list i have added Ageing  in days in service order result screen...I have created through AET.and iam trying to select Calculae filed check box and some calculation ..but here there is no posting_date attribute in objects..so i have generated Getter method of AET.in get method we need to write the logic or some where..could you please send me any code..

Ageing field is  = System date - Posting_date ( order creation date)  = 2 weeks  or 1 day like that result will be displayed.

For this i have created AET field,and generated getter method.we need to write getter mehod or some where..

Hi Kalpana,

What are you trying to search here, i mean what type of documents.

If you want to add custom field you can go with AET creation.
