Buckets details can't be displayed, the error mention "No Internet Access"

Hi All,

I got a error regarding the Bucket details display.

When I single click the button"List of buckets", all the Buckets are list out.

then I just single click one of the buckets name and I got the error in Chinese"IE can't disply this page,the possible reason: 1. no internat access. 2. web server has the problem. 3. the addrss is wrongly keyin.

Meanwhile, When I disply the Protfolio items, I can display the Bucket name & items. no any error message popup.

Does anyone have any ider why I get this error message?

    I'd try it first outside of NWBC thin client. Log into your PPM backend system and launch NWBC transaction. Try navigating to the bucket details in the new browser window.

    If it still doesn't work, check your launchpad configuration. As I understand it should be RPM_RBH - DRILLDOWN, but I may be wrong. In my system it's trying to launch RPM_BUCKET_DETAILS app with the RPM_WDA_BUCKET_DETAIL_PO_OIF_CFG parameters and APPL_MODE=2.
