CRM Web Client UI - Categories disappear


We are using ChaRM on SolMan 7.1 SP12 and we are experiencing a frustrating issue with Categories on ZMCR (Change Request).

Whenever a user fills out a Change Request (and fills in the Mult-level categories), the categories disappear when clicking on Save or submitting for approval.

The user then has to go back and fill in the categories again and re-save...this time it works. The categories always save on the second time, but the first time they always disappear. When we were on SP8 this wasn't occuring...only after we upgraded to SP12.

Before I raise an incident with SAP, has anyone experienced this and know how to resolve?

    Hi Shaun,

    I had the exact same problem and solved with SAP Note 2076646. Title mentions RfC created from Incident, but in my case it was not created from incident and the problem was solved anyway.
