PRS price not copied from contract to maintenance order

Hi

We are facing issue where Price is not copying from contract to maintenance order in IW31.Can any one please help for which settings price is not copying to IW31 transaction

We use external service and it is not copying price from me33k .

Hi

I enter outline agreement in the External tab with the item no /vendor no and and after that i choose services and choose the service no that is linked to that outline agreement.

1.In the Operation Overview screen of the Maintenance Order, the control key is given as PM03 and clicked on External button of the Maintenance Order.

2 In the External Processing Operation screen the Contract Number and line Item is mentioned in the Agreement Field.

3. System given a message Data copied from contract.

4 All the data copied excepting the Service details of the Contract.

5.Here the Service Number and its details which were mentioned in the Service specifications of the Contract are not getting copied from the Contract.

6.Selected the services from the service selection button, then click all the services which are under contract will be displayed. select required services or copy all services.(Click on adopt services)

in point no.6 i can see the agreement prices

but when adopt service done it is not copying the prices PRS condition of agreement

Are you entering the outline agreement/item in the order?
