Fiori tile not working

Hi Experts,

I have configured standard CRM Fiori app "My Opportunities".

When I am clicking on the tile, it's going to next screen. I can see the data in the left hand side of the view but the screen is not loading completely.

I tried in chrome, Firefox and IE10 but the issue remains same.

RFC connection is working fine and other gateway configurations are done correctly. All the functional configuration is completed.

Please suggest. We are on 7.4 SP8 and using UIX02CRM 100.

Hi Masa,

I referred the link provided by you. Please explain us more on debugging and share links, materials specific to My Opportunity OData debugging. It's not mentioned in detail after point number 5.3.

I tested in gateway client and for My Opportunity all the entity set testing returns 200.

RFC connection also works fine. Please suggest.

What is the last OData service call at the step "1.4 Find the last called OData URI" and the status?

Hi Masa,

The last OData service call from tab Response is :

http://<host>.<domain>:<port>/sap/opu/odata/sap/CRM_OPPORTUNITY/Opportunities?$skip=0&$top=1&sap-cli... name>

When I have used the same URL in Google chrome, it's returning application data.

But in Gateway testing of the OData, http response code is 200 but OData service does not return application data,

Please suggest.

Hi Jyoti,

I guess this is the first app your are implementing and none of apps work fine now.

Let's check basics. It is faster way for solving the issue.

1. Check the latest support package level

2. Check the notes

3. Check the short dumps in ST22 (backend and frontend)

Hi Masa,

This issue got resolved by applying patch and the screen is loading perfectly.

BASIS team have increased the CRM UIX component from SP01 to SP03 and the issue got resolved.

But we are getting new error message while running the standard CRM app(My Opportunity) in launchpad. Error message is given below. Also in chrome debugger I got this same error message.

Yes, as Graham suggested we would need screenshots to assist you. Please provide the LPD_CUST configurations, the static tile and the target mapping tile configurations. From there we can better work with you to figure out the issue.

One thing I noticed is the Application Alias in LPD_CUST has no space MyOpportunities (3.jpg)and in Target Mapping has a space My Opportunities (2.jpg). Case sensitivity is important, start by removing the space in target mapping and test in the browser. Let us know if that helps.

Hi Liz,

I did the changes but the issue is still not resolved. I checked in chrome debugger and it's pointing to OData error.

But in gateway client testing, the OData for My Opportunity CRM app is not getting failed.

Please suggest. Attached are the screenshots.
