Hi All,
We are using Change requests based in old transaction, SDCR, in Solution Manager 7.1 SP 08 till now. Currently we have upgraded Sandbox System (MOCK) to SP12, in which we are encountering error while approving the CR.
Administrative header not found for the monitoring object.

Steps to get it:
1. create change request (type urgent correction) using transaction CHARM_CREATE
2. open transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR
3. open newly created change request
4. approve this change request
5. save
6. error pops up, but new urgent correction is created anyway
Could you help me to get rid of this popup?
Its a issue with ORDER_SAVE BAdI implementation - AIC_INBOX. De-activated and works fine
