Fiori Launchpad tiles are not coming properly in IE9

Hi Experts,

Our client is using IE9 and we are trying to open Fiori Launchpad in IE9. It's opening successfully in Google Chrome but not opening in IE9. Either tiles will not be available at all or it will show distorted text.

Please suggest me if there is any workaround possible so that we can implement standard Fiori apps in IE9.

• On the webpage in Internet Explorer, press F12, or click

  then click F12 developer tools.
  
  
  Click Browser Mode, and then select the browser mode that you want to use.

• IE9 can be known to have issues rendering launchpads

• Change the browser mode to a different version other than 9 and see does this resolve the issue.

Updated SAP UI5 runtime library to latest patch(1.26.9) and issue was resolved.

Hi Maddy,

Did you clear the browser cache?

Are you on the latest UI Add-On version SP11 (check SAP note 2099925)?

Could you please add screenshots of the issue and the SW component versions of the gateway system to the thread?
