Add-on Installation for S/4HANA OP 1605 and C4C 1611 Integration

Hello,

We have a requirement to integrate C4C system with S/4HANA OP system. I have the prerequisite document which provides the add-on /components to be installed in ERP and PI system. The document is for C4C 1611 and accoring to it the add-on "S4CORE 101 SP00" should be installed in S/4HANA 1610. But in our case the S/4 HANA system version is 1605. So we need to know what is the add-on version that we need to install in the S/4 HANA 1605 to be able to integrate with it.

Required integration scenarios:

1) Service request - Bi-directional

2) Products- Inbound

Hello Joachim,

Yes the product is "S/4HANA 1605 Finance on premise". Is there any difference between S/4HANA OP and S/4HANA Finance OP in terms of integrating with C4C? I am from C4C and not quite sure about S/4 HANA products. I need to know the add-on that need to be installed in S/4HANA 1605 Finance on premise to be able to integrate.

Hi Meghna,
I'm sorry, I don't know anything about C4C interagtion and if is possible with S/4HANA FINANCE. 😞

Hi Meghna,

I don't think I can really help here, but I would like to point out that there is no such thing as "S/4HANA OP 1605"

For the S/4HANA OP (on premise) product, there are currently only 2 Version available: S/4HANA OP 1511 (S4CORE 100) and S/4HANA OP 1610 (S4CORER 101).

Maybe you are in the S/4HANA FINANCE-Product? There, a 1605-Version does exist!
