extraction from non-SAP to SAP BW

Hi mentors

Can any one please tell me how to extract data from non-sap (ex : oracle) system to SAP BW system. If you guys got any document plz forward it to nz_Raj@yahoo.com

Hello,

Depeding on the type of source sytem, there are different tools & ways to connect to BW.

For eg as u mentioned if it's oracle, you can use dbconnect.

for connecting to other applications, there are several third party tools supported by SAP like Ascential Datastage!!
