Unable to change alert rules in RWB

Hi experts,

In RWB alertconfiguration,  we only have read access to alert rules.

we dont have access to chage alert rules.  Add rule, change alert rule buttons are in active.

Can you please tell me what to do to get the write access to RWB alert rules?

Check below SAP Note for this.

1748935 - Authorization object needed to create PI Alert Rules

1. For creating Alert Rules from the Runtime Workbench (RWB) the following authorization is required:
   Object S_XMB_AUTH
   field    SXMBAREA=MONCONFIG
   field    ACTVT=02
2. This authorization is by default only contained in the PI role SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR_ABAP.
3. For creating Alert Categories additional authorizations are needed that are provided with roles:
   SAP_ALM_ADMINISTRATOR
   SAP_ALM_CUSTOMIZER
