Heuristic error, PR number not visible in RR3

Hi All

First Thanking all for your continuous support for your valuable comments.

Today I faced a strange in RRP3, Purchase requisition number not coming even though heuristic completed. But same case working in quality environment. Please find the below screen shot for reference.

I ran all the consistency checks,cleared all queues,CCR,CPP,/sapapo/sdrqcr21 etc. Still number not comming to RRP3.

would like to what would be root cause for this, how can fix this type of issue, Please comment and provide your valuable solutions.

I see that you are working with MTO, MTS and Temporary Account. What is the Requirement Strategy for Temporary Account and and what is the order type that should be generated for it?

Hello Sudhkar,

Try to create the manual PR in product view RPP3 and check the PR generate with number.

Also you could put manual forecast in product view in negative quantity and run the Heuristic and check the results.

Hi Sudhakar,

If this requisition is sourced by other plant and if this SKU is shared in multiple plants, it could happen that you have a loop. So review the master data. If you don't find an inconsistency, trying using Quota in order to force the source determination.

Also, check the error in SMQ1/2 in APO and ECC. You could find there an error message.
