Dear Team,
I am trying to activate SAP* user in my central SLD Portal but this option is deactivated in configtool. I can not change properties ume.superadmin.activated and ume.superadmin.password.
I tried note 1596787 - Error activating emergency user on 7.1 J2EE AS
But again I do not see property com.sap.security.core.ume.service on below path . Any Idea ?
cluster_config → system → custom_global → cfg → services→ com.sap.security.core.ume.service → Propertysheet properties.
Regards,
Alok

Hi Alok,
Please note that the services aren't listed in alphabetical order, therefore you will find the com.sap.security.core.ume.service somewhere down in the list. You might try searching from bottom-up.

Hello Alok,
Entry point information that everyone will ask for/need is:
What is the version of your J2EE ?
That said, a very kind person put up this guide to help you with your question:
How to activate emergency user on AS Java - Basis Corner - SCN Wiki
