Problem installing SAP NetWeaver 04 - ABAP Edition

Hi, all. I'm trying to install SAP NetWeaver 04 - ABAP Edition, and facing errors:

Error 5 (Access is denied.) in execution of a 'RegOpenKeyEx' function, line (69), with parameter (SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NSCService).</i>

The subkey 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NSCService' does not exist on the 'localhost' host.</i>

MOS-01185 The subkey 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NSCService' does not exist on the 'localhost' host.</i>

I'm running Windows XP Pro, SP2. Checked the Registry and the key is there. Tried to disable firewalls/antispyware and any other software that could stop the access to registry. Also checked security, and my user has access to this key (I'm administrator, and this group has this access).

I tried to find same problem in the forum, but the only answer says that the issue is clear, there is a missing key. In fact that's not the case, since the key is there.
