islocked attribute in UME_STRINGS table

Hello All,

I'm trying to prepare a query to UME_STRINGS table to find users that are not locked in NetWeaver. I check field ATTR for islocked parameter and then according to the value of this parameter (true or false) I know if the status of user's acount.

Unfortunatelly I've found an example of account that has islocked set to true, but when I check the same account in NetWeaver, it is not locked. I wander why database and NetWeaver UI show different values.

Do you have any idea?

Hi Jon,

there are several reasons, why an account is locked (e.g. lock set by admin or user locked cause of wrong connection attempts).

please check also ATTR "lockreason"

When you check in useradmin advanced search for "User Acount locked", you will not get all users with ATTR islocked=true

i didn't find a list of lockreasons, but from my checks it looks like lockreason="2" is equivalent to "User Account locked"
