This blog post drew my attention to some of the nice new features available with FLP in SP11
It also raised a couple of questions for me:
1. Is it possible for the customer to see the feedback or only SAP sees the feedback given by the user? Is it possible not to send the feedback to SAP but instead collect the feedback for analysis first? From an end user perspective it is certainly not clear who is getting the feedback, I would assume that my company was getting it not the software vendor.
In general I think it is necessary to make all the options in the menu configurable and removable via customising.
