when i try to run Maintenance plan costing (IP31) for several maintenance plans i got this error

This report can only be executed in the background

Message no. IP152

Diagnosis

You have tried to start the program directly.

System Response

The system cannot perform the function.

Procedure

Run the program in the background. To do this, choose Program -> Execute in background.
