Subtotal hiding option is disabled

Hi Experts,

We are creating reports using SAP Crystal Reports for Enterprise V14.1.5.1501 on top of BEx Query[on HANA DB].

Issue#:

We have Cross tab in which column has one Hierarchy Dimension[with 2 Levels] and Row has one Hierarchy Dimension[with 2 Levels] and one Measure.Once the report is run,Cross tab is displaying all the Hierarchy values from the column Hierarchy as well as row Hierarchy with a Subtotal for each level [both For Column Hierarchy and Row Hierarchy].Attached Report Result screenshot with SubTotals Marked with Yellow Color.We need to hide all Subtotal rows[Including Subtotal Labels and Values] for all levels both in Column Hierarchy and Row Hierarchy.

We have right clicked on the Subtotal field and chose Format Row option and then navigated to Row/Column ,here it has Hide Option but it is disabled 😔.Please advise on how to enable this or any other workaround.
