Subtotal hiding option is disabled

Hi Experts,

We are creating reports using SAP Crystal Reports for Enterprise V14.1.5.1501 on top of BEx Query[on HANA DB].

We have Cross tab in which column has one Hierarchy Dimension[with 2 Levels] and Row has one Hierarchy Dimension[with 2 Levels] and one Measure.Once the report is run,Cross tab is displaying all the Hierarchy values from the column Hierarchy as well as row Hierarchy with a Subtotal for each level [both For Column Hierarchy and Row Hierarchy].Attached Report Result screenshot with SubTotals Marked with Yellow Color. We need to hide all Subtotal rows[Including Subtotal Labels and Values] for all levels both in Column Hierarchy and Row Hierarchy.

We have right clicked on the Subtotal field and chose Format Row option and then navigated to Row/Column ,here it has Hide Option but it is disabled 😔.Please advise on how to enable this or any other workaround.

Attached the Screenshot to show the disabled Hide Option.

    Hi Siva,

    1) To Supress the Row Grand Totals, right-click the Crosstab > Select Format Crosstab > Grid Options > Under 'Row' check 'Hide Row Grand Totals'.

Do the same for Column Grand Totals.

    2) To suppress the Subtotals, go to the Format Crosstab window again and choose 'Row Subtotal: Total' from the drop-down on the top > Choose 'Subtotal and label' from the dropdown for 'Hide'.

      Hi Abhilash,

      Thanks for the response.

I agree with the functionality however that hiding functionality is disabled when creating Crosstab on top of BEx Hierarchies. The same hiding functionality is enabled when used two different dimensions instead of Hierarchies.Hope i explained the issue clearly. Please advise.
