Is SAP helpful to a CA/CMA Student?

Hi,

I'm a Final Student of CMA (ICWA) India. I want to know about SAP FICO. Is it a helpful course for a CA/CMA student in India and abroad? What's the future scope of SAP FICO in the Industry? Does it have enough demand to get a job ?

Hello Babu,

Being a CA / CWA, you should seriously consider SAP FICO.

I would not expect a finance professional in this competitive world without computer savvy.

Whether you want to become a SAP Consultant or not that is a different matter, but knowing one of the best ERP software in the market is a must. Most of the clients in the market are using SAP. Therefore, you must learn SAP. Even if you are not a SAP FICO consultant, but a Finance Manager / Internal Auditor, still you need to work seamlessly on the software. Therefore, learning SAP is must for you.
