Offset Key Date in BEx

After trying and reading other posts I am in a conclusion that it is not possible to Offset Key Date &0P_KEYDA& but still like toask experts once to see if anyone have done this. Reporting on Time-Dep master data for example 0EMPLOYEE (it has no Time Char)

Rek: If I enter Key date selection 2/19/2015 I would like to get Headcounts as showdn below.

Key Date      Headcount

2/19/15          100

2/19/14          50

2/19/13          75

BOBJ-Further, plan is to implement this concept in Webi--> Any tips on this area would be great help.

Hi Ale,

Don't you want to store your master data to a provider like DSO? So that you can add TIME characteristic for reporting purpose..Just a suggestion..
