Hi,
our customer wants to have historical sales documents (sales quotation and sales order) to be synced with C4C in order to have reports also for older data.
Is it possible to sync old documents to C4C and if yes, how?
Regards
Florian
I have the same problem, anybody have a solution?

What is the purpose of having the historical data for the end user? Is it to do analytics or to have an "Account 360".
The former requirement is best served that you use BW or comparable data warehouse solution that can store historical information, aggregate it, and ultimately present it to end users in a meaningful way to gain aggregated insights.
The later requirement is best served via a real-time API based integration to ERP. There is an example SDK template that calls the standard ERP SD APIs for sales orders and related sales documents in real-time and renders the data in the Account thing inspector as a customizable Account 360.
Hi Florian,
Rei Kasai is correct using Account 360 Integration you can able to retrieve the Recent order data from on-premise system.
To activate you need to follow the below steps :
1) Enable Account 360 from Business Configuration --> Edit Project Scope and check the 360 Account overview
2) And Check the Central Analytic Integration Checkbox from Questions.
3) Create Communication System and Communication Arrangement using below Communication Scenario.
- > 360 Overview Account
- > Analytics Integration
4) Now Open the both Communication Arrangement and Download the WSDL file as per require from both.
360 Overview Account
-> 2 WSDL for Open Order ( Manage Recent Order Data , Query Recent Order Data ).
-> 2 WSDL for Revenue Data ( Manage Revenue Data , Query Revenue Data ).
Analytics Integration
-> Operational Data Provisioning ( ODP )
5) Consume the above WSDL into on-premise system.
6) Once you enable In the Account 360 setup go to Account_TI screen and from the Adapt enable the tab for "RECENT ORDER" as well as Item Summary as shown below.

Mithun
