Hi, can anyone help me to minimize or eliminate user locking? There's a way or permanent solution to this topic? How?
Thanks.
Regards.

Hi Joel,
I agree with Gregor that you should detail your problem, but anyway some information in advance.
For sure you can minimize or eliminate user locking (e.g. by adjusting the parameter login/fails_to_user_lock) but you should also think about security policies (at least in your productive systems).

Hello Joel,
welcome to the SDN Forums. Could you describe your problem a little bit more in detail? Did your Users get locked because they enter a wrong password? Did they lock master & transactional data?
Regards
Gregor

Thanks for your response. By the way our company is a retailer company and we have a warehouse where we using RF scanner for the inventory. Some user starting to lock their code when all users confirming to the system that they transaction was done already. They know that their code was locked coz the transaction they process was already stopped running or already hang-up. And the permanent solution that we provide for them is to unlock their code using TCODE: ZRFKILL at SAP. There other way or permanent solution to eliminate their problem?
