Supplier value becoming "none" when Supplier Product No is changed while creating Shopping Cart

Hi All,

I am facing an while creating a shopping cart, I am duplicating a new line with the existing one.

Now I am changing the Supplier Product Value for the duplicated line item.

If I move to next tab, the Supplier value is becoming NONE.

Kindly provide your valuable inputs to solve the issue.

Dear Karthikeyan,

Have you tried removing the previous supplier first in the "Sources of Supply" tab and add the new one after?

Please check as well that the number that you introduce is a valid Supplier number.

In case this does not work, could you please tell me in which SRM Eh. and Support Package are you working on?
