Report for searching duplicate purchase orders/purchase requisitions

Hi All,

Due to a very short planning horizon maintained in our system we have ended up in a situation where the MRP, at different dates, triggered duplicate purchase requisitions for the demand coming in from the same sales order line item. Those purchase requisitions have also been converted to purchase orders, so now we have duplicate purchase orders for the same sales orders as well. We have fixed the planning horizon now, but are unable to search all the duplicate purchase orders already created in the system.

Does anyone know of a report/transaction which can help us here (even a transaction to find duplicate purchase requisitions would be helpful)

Please note that all these POs are sales order assigned (account assignment category = E).

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best Regards,

V S

Hi,

Can you run the EKPO or EKKN table data in SE16n.

In output system shows sales order number and you can down load in excel from there you can find duplicate and those PO you can mark for deletion.

Please check and reply

Hi Guru,

I tried using EKPO table but I cannot find the sales order and item number in the output. Also how can I restrict the output for a certain date horizon. I do not want to check all the POs from the past, but only for this year maybe.

Thank you

Hi,

Try with EKKN table there you have document date option.
