Cannot get the cube from the Connection:BW(WIS00000)

Hi,

I am facing an issue with BICS connection. we are creating a Webi report by using BICS connection in quality system the query is working fine..

The same query am taken and trying to create the report in the production  system. Its giving following error.

Please give any suggestions.. To resolve the issue...

This kind of error message may have a lot of different explanations. You will find details about root cause problem in log files of DSLBridge service.

Hello,

Which connection is the WebI referring to in production? You can also test out the OLAP connections via CMC --> OLAP Connections --> Edit the required connection --> Connect. Normally, you will see an error here if there is an issue with the connection.

Did you check your BICS connection? Also check user credential and rights.
