I don't know exactly the meaning of "do the needful" for you, however, I can tell you that SCN is not a forum for ordering free technical consulting. It is a collaborative community where people voluntarily help you to understand things better in the SAP world.
Formulations like "do the needful", "answer asap" and "please send step by step description" are easily interpreted as orders to people who offer help for nothing more but the satisfaction to being helpful. I personally don't feel inclined to answer to such thread.
Besides that, you have simply provided a basic description of your issue and you did not mentioned master data settings, MRP type, lot sizing, screenshots, etc...
If you want any kind of assistance, you should at least provide a better and more description of your issue.
As you might need some more understanding of this, I recommend to read the useful Blog "Asking Good Questions in the SCN Discussion Spaces will help you get Good Answers" next and first learn the principles of this before asking more questions.
