Error while doing Time evaluation

Dear Experts,

While doing time evaluation through T code:PT60 ,I am getting following error:

Error entry no. 83 Error when creating absence quota

Change in earliest retroactive accounting for time evaluation not possible

In IT0003, I have maintained as under:

I have checked Absence quota configuration,It is fine.

What is the period for which you are trying to evaluate time ? Try doing a forced retro and see if it works.

Check your payroll control record through PA03. What is the earliest retro acctg period?

Hi,

Have run the time evaluation live before and then have you changed the hiring date and then again rerun the time evaluation from the joining date. Please confirm.

Ok.

Remove the earliest retro accounting date from IT3 and then run again.

Go through below link and Check IT0001 is maintained with necessary details or not, If not maintain it.

Further Error No 83 is depends on ESG, PSA Grouping's and validity periods of Quota configuration check all of them thoroughly.
