List items not visible

Hi

I am using a list in splitapp master page and splitapp is added in a page.Unable to display all the elements in the list as shown in the below image.When i click on the last element of the list the toolbar is hiding automatically.

Please help me with the solution.

how should we do that without the code ... we don't have clairvoyant skills
