Continental Cluster - Any Ideas

Hello,

We are looking to implement the "Continental Cluster" approach. We have 2 DC's(Data Center) on different geographical locations and both would be the identical and running on the MSCS Cluster environment. Now in case some thing happens to the DC1, we'd move the production to DC2.

I'm looking for a guide or some kind of help to achieve this.
