Hi All,

This is issue being faced by business , where one key figure ( PF% ) is creating a problem i.e. If I remove/hide key figure in query the result is showing correct value, but If i add Key Figure the value results two lines .. one line showing the latest data and another shows old data.

User reported that in one query shows 2 sales order lines. The first line refers the old data has zeros.

P.S: Query has zero suppression active = 0.

Is the query built on an MP? If yes, then check where the PF% comes from. Is it coming from the same cube as Sales Order Qty and the remaining fields?

Hi,

Can you please check your query once.I think its because of your KF defination.

Hi Ganesh,

Can you please tell in brief of what to check in key figure definition ?

PF% is built on formula, and its been a complex of many variables used to calculate the %

Thanks,

Siva

Hi Siva,

Is PF% KF has exception aggregation based on Sales Doc Number. In the screen shot you are trying to see the data of two users(PB1 & FG1), i believe that might be the reason you are seeing two lines under same doc number.

how the data is showing up in underlying infoprovider of this report, is it showing only one line or two?

Thanks,

Vengal.

Hi Vengal,

In info provider, we've two values one is the old data with KF has zero and other line with latest value. So in Query the zero suppression is not happening when we add the PF% key figure.

I checked that Exception aggregation uses: Standard Aggregation.

Thanks,

Siva
