Your content was rejected by a moderator...

I have created a blog post in one functional space to see it rejected after few hours.

Next I asked informally one of the moderators of that space and it was not him, but he suggested that my content probably fits the article format better then the blog post.

My expectation was rather to get a reference to the Rules of Engagement to see where I went wrong and not really reading any personal opinions.

So, I did asked a second moderator and it was not him and he has not seen the content at all.

Next I sent an email that ended up somewhere at sap.com domain and after a couple of iterations the reply is.... :

A moderator indicated that this would fit better as a wiki.

Now, with my full respect to any personal opinions, how far the personal preferences of moderators can go beyond the formal rules?

What if moderator A want to see it as an Article, B wants a Wiki, and content author wants a blog post?

I think that the result of such misalignment might be that SCN will simply not get the content.

Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for sharing.

I'm afraid that in this case 2 moderators shared the same opinion. Please let me know if you have more questions.

    Regards,

    Moshe

    • Hello Moshe,

Thank you very much for offering me your help with guidelines, but I have not decided yet if I want to post my rejected content for the second time before getting a valid reason for rejection.

I think my question is quite simple, while you keep on driving into another direction and finally remember who is the customer...

      Thank you once again,

      Paulo
